Episode #26 with Andrew Hudson: all things leasing with one of the best!
I was lucky to have Andrew Hudson on the podcast to celebrate his recent transition to American Landmark as a Training and Development Specialist at the corporate office.
One of the things I enjoyed the most about this conversation was how tactical he got when talking about ways to stand out as a Leasing Pro on-site.

I asked Andrew how he stands out when talking about his product (property) compared to the competition. He went super deep on the importance of product knowledge.
“When you are showing a unit, let the prospect know how many hangers you can fit in the closet, how many dishes you can fit in the dishwasher, or how many steps it is to the pool.”
I loved this and found it to be so actionable.
